I'm curious about what programs were used in their BIM process, and how many of the Facilities staff at MTMC are going to be utilizing the models, etc during Operations and future planning?

I'd also be interested in knowing if they're currently utilizing a CAFM system, which they'd be able to populate with these data rich BIMs.

Agree with Melanie, and would be interested to know the level of FM input, (from outsourced FM providers or the clients team), into the 'build digital first' approach.

And then of course what benefits this approach of BIM and Lean must be bringing to the facility users once the building is in use.

PLEASE give some definition to the term "lean construction practices." This is not a term that I hear often and I'm afraid that its assumed meaning may not tell the whole story.
